A soldier from the Russian Federation’s army allegedly provided operational information for nearly three months that led to strikes against his own comrades and military equipment, according to an interview given to Ukrainian journalist Dmitri “Apostle” Karpenko, notes dialog.ua.

The soldier, identified by the name Artem, served in the 102nd Motorized Regiment of the 150th Division of the Russian army. According to the account, he would have transmitted data about fortified positions, trenches, military equipment, and drone crews for about 80 days, during which several strategic targets were targeted.

Transition from the front to collaboration

Artem was born in Novosibirsk and enlisted with the hope of becoming a sub-lieutenant and drone operator, but was sent to the front line. Subsequently, he began to cooperate with the Ukrainian special services.

According to the interview, over the course of nearly three months, the soldier’s collaboration would have allowed the destruction of two tanks, a multiple rocket launcher (MLRS), four drone crews, and four mortar crews. The losses among the Russian soldiers would have been significant: 150 dead and 50 injured. The journalist who conducted the interview mentions that the information could not be independently confirmed.
