On Monday, France announced that it will summon the Russian ambassador due to the cyber campaign carried out by Moscow against several European countries, including Romania, according to President Nicușor Dan and Romanian authorities.
Germany has also summoned the Moscow emissary to Berlin: “It is about attributing to Russia a campaign of cyber attacks, carried out by an actor called Turla.”
