All major Wildberries warehouses, a company considered the “Amazon of Russia”, were destroyed in Ukrainian drone attacks. 12 such mega-warehouses have been burned to the ground, and the damages inflicted by Ukrainians on this Russian company continue to increase, reports The Moscow Times.
In total, the company has so far lost a third of its storage capacity within the Russian Federation. Wildberries has nearly 100,000 order delivery points and sells products annually worth 6 trillion rubles (equivalent to about 63 billion euros).
So far, goods worth 480 billion rubles (around 5 billion euros) have been burned in warehouses destroyed by Ukrainian drone attacks.
At present, Wildberries “practically no longer has large warehouses,” stated Serghei Semko, Data Insight analyst, for the New York Times publication, as reported by The Moscow Times. “Every day, a warehouse is methodically destroyed.”
On the night of August 11, approximately 15 drones attacked the Russian region of Voronej and several areas near the city, stated the region’s governor, Aleksandr Gusev.
