“The group of companies “Konkord”, founded by “Wagner” leader Evgeny Prigozhin, has sold the factory of ready-to-eat food in New Moscow, which supplied food to the Russian army. The new owner of the production, with a capacity of 100 tons of food per day, has become a structure affiliated with the “Kievskaia Ploshciad” (“Kiev Square”) group of God Nisanov and Zarah Iliev, writes “Kommersant”, citing data from the Unified State Register of Real Property (EGRN). A real estate source confirmed to the publication that the transaction was made in the interest of this group. After the armed uprising and the death of Prigozhin in 2023, “Konkord” lost its contracts for supplying the army and began selling its main factories: in the village of Ianino in the Leningrad region, in the village of Klenovo in New Moscow, and on Cerniahovski street in northern Moscow. All of these units belonged to the company “Kombinat Pitaniia” (Food Combine). At the beginning of April, the company published its financial report for 2024, which showed that the income from the sale of real estate and other fixed assets amounted to 1.7 billion rubles, and the net profit increased almost six times – up to 2 billion rubles. After selling the last food production asset, “Konkord” decided to liquidate the “Food Combine”.The “Kievskaia Ploshciad” group is the largest holder of commercial real estate in Russia, with the “Evropeiski”, “Riviera”, and “Vremena Goda” shopping centers, the “Sadovod” and “Food City” markets, the “Ukraine” hotel, and other assets in its portfolio. Co-owner of the group, God Nisanov, whose wealth Forbes estimates at 2.9 billion dollars, has close ties with the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin. According to an investigation by the publication “Project”, Naryshkin flew on the billionaire’s private plane for vacation, swam in his pools, and spent a lot of time in his office. Earlier, “Novaia Gazeta Evropa” reported that several legal entities related to Prigozhin could have been transferred to Nisanov. At the same time, in May 2024, the factory of prepared foods in the Leningrad region was bought by RBE Group, owned by Andrei Shokin.Details, HERE.”
