The bridge on the Odessa-Reni route, which ensures crossing over the Dniester river, was hit by a drone carrying explosives.
Following the incident, traffic on the bridge was halted, and the area was isolated for situation assessment and prevention of any additional risks. The Border Police informs citizens that the activity of the Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe and Tudora-Starokazacie crossing points is halted.
“We recommend citizens to avoid traveling in the respective area and to exercise increased caution. Also, refrain from traveling to the Odessa region (Ukraine)”, IGPF reports.
