The number of confirmed losses of the Russian army in Ukraine has exceeded 145 thousand people. These data are provided by “Mediazona” and “BBC Russia” based on monitoring of open sources. The Moscow authorities will allow the use of alcohol in gasoline production to increase fuel supply, following the country’s crisis caused by Ukrainian drone attacks on refineries, according to The Moscow Times. Russian authorities are preparing tax incentives for the energy giant “Gazprom”, which is in decline after losing the European market and recording losses in its main activity — the natural gas sector — for the second year in a row.
