In the Primorsk Region, extensive restrictions have been introduced on the supply of electricity and hot water, due to the increase in the population’s arrears for communal services.
“The reason is the critical increase in the population’s debts for energy resources — the sum of which has exceeded 5.8 billion rubles,” announced the press service of the energy company DEK.
In the following days, mobile teams composed of representatives from energy providers, management companies, and network operators will begin disconnecting consumers with debts.
Approximately 13,000 notifications have already been sent out. If the arrears are not paid within 20 days, the disconnection will be made automatically, without a new warning.
To restore the provision of services, consumers will need to fully pay off their debts and associated penalties.
The company warns that unauthorized reconnection to the network may entail administrative liability.
