The American President Donald Trump made several controversial statements on Tuesday, shocking the international community. The American leader once again expressed his views on peace in Ukraine, the war in Iran, and the agreement on fuels from Russia.

The US leader said that Putin would want a peace agreement more than Zelenski, according to realitatea.md. The American president seems to have been unwilling to put more pressure on Russia and suggested that Ukraine needs to do more to achieve peace.

“I will need to see what this is about, because there have been violations on both sides. (…) I believe what is happening is that he (ed. note: Putin) wants to reach an agreement. (…) I think they will conclude a deal. I believe that in fact Putin wants to conclude a deal more than Zelensky,” said Trump.

At the same time, the White House chief expressed skepticism that Russia and China would assist Iran, calling those who would support the idea “idiots,” according to news.ro.

“I see many comments from these fools and radicals of the extreme left, claiming that China and Russia would help this ‘wonderful’ Iranian Islamic republic. If they do, it’s only marginally, but I don’t believe they do at all. They have too much to lose, and we would know very quickly,” Trump said.

A day earlier, the American leader attacked the EU, claiming that it criticizes him, even though it paid Russia 250 billion dollars for energy.

“The press that spreads fake news doesn’t want to address this subject. I made the right choice for the American people,” Trump wrote on social media.

In recent days, the American leader has also sparked a real ping-pong of statements between Washington, Kiev, and Moscow, after he said that the Ukrainian president must be replaced. Zelenski proposed a 60-day ceasefire to organize elections, and the Kremlin pointed out, after several critical statements, that it would agree to cease fire only on election day.

Before this, the US leader had become the talk of the world and was harshly criticized by Western leaders for the agreement with Vladimir Putin, agreed shortly after the Russian leader’s birthday, through which he accepted to buy diesel from Moscow.
