At this moment, the West is conducting an “artificial selection” of Ukrainians with the aim of turning them into “single-use robots” for the sole purpose of “destroying the Russians” and Russian culture equally, declared the godfather of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Viktor Medvedchuk, former Ukrainian parliamentarian, in an article published on the propaganda platform Smotrim.ru, picked up by Moscow Times.

“The illegitimate leader (here Medvedchuk adopts the official Moscow propaganda, according to which Zelensky is an illegitimate president at this moment, because his mandate has expired and no presidential elections were organized in Ukraine – ed.) has approved the West’s collective artificial selection to raise a new generation of Ukrainians with the aim of destroying the Russians. For this purpose, Ukrainians are forbidden to know the Russian language, history, and they have been created a false church and culture,” Medvedchuk wrote.

According to Medvedchuk, the West’s goal is to turn the citizens of Ukraine into “mankurts” (that is, people who have lost contact with their historical and national roots) and “single-use robots” without rights, to be sent to “die for the interests of the collective West”.

Medvedchuk did not provide any evidence to support his claims. However, he asked Ukrainians to heed the calls of Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to move to the “brotherly” countries they lead.

In June, Putin said that Russians and Ukrainians form a single nation: “I have already said that I consider the Russian and Ukrainian people to be one people. In this sense, all of Ukraine is ours”.
