Moscow is escalating its threats against Ukraine’s Western allies. Russian political scientist Sergei Karaganov, nicknamed “Professor Apocalypse”, launches a terrifying threat of a third world war, in which “the UK will be destroyed with nuclear weapons”, according to Express.co.uk.
Sergei Karaganov believes that Russia should use a nuclear explosion to intimidate the British political leadership, to make it submit to Vladimir Putin’s demands.
Putin’s adviser has warned that a new world war is approaching, which can only be stopped if the West clearly understands that Russia will use nuclear weapons.
“Russia should make a firm commitment, in the event of a war with an adversary that surpasses it demographically and economically, to use nuclear weapons. I hope we will manage to wake up some people. [But] I’m not sure we will manage to wake up everyone…”, warned the influential political analyst.
“We are capable of launching a disarming attack”
“The Professor of Apocalypse” believes that the UK and France are the countries opposing Putin when it comes to Ukraine and are mobilizing the free world to provoke Moscow.
“First of all, we must continue the exercises of our strategic and sub-strategic forces, which will demonstrate to our British neighbors and, God forbid, the French, that we are capable of launching a disarming attack”, Karaganov added.
“These two countries will be completely destroyed”
Putin’s adviser seems to be referring to a test nuclear attack, probably in the Arctic, as a direct warning to the UK and France, according to Express.co.uk.
“If a single missile is launched, then these two countries will be completely destroyed. Then, I hope, the issue of the UK and France will no longer arise. And those people, who talk about things they do not understand, will be silent…”, he added.
Sergei Karaganov also stated that a key objective of Putin is to replace the current “elites” in Western countries, including the UK, with leaders who do not oppose the dictator in Moscow.
