If presidential elections were to be organized in Ukraine in the near future, only 20.3% of citizens would vote for President Volodymyr Zelensky, reports Kyiv Independent, citing a survey conducted by Info Sapiens, published on Tuesday.

The study was conducted between November 13 and 28, just a few days after Ukraine was rocked by the “$100 million” corruption scandal, in which the president’s allies are involved, such as the former presidential chief of staff Andrii Yermak, as well as other government officials.

In October, one month before the corruption scandal, the voting intention for Zelensky was at 24.3%.

In the Sapiens survey, the former supreme commander Valeri Zaluzhnyi (next photo), currently ambassador to the UK, ranks second with 19.1%.
