The USA will sign the document with Russia,&#8221;<\/em> the minister declared.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He emphasized that discussions are currently underway and that the final documents could undergo changes.<\/p>\n<h2>The clause regarding the EU will be signed with the EU agreement, which is not a signatory to the agreement<\/h2>\n<p>A provision of the peace plan refers to Ukraine&#8217;s accession to the EU. Commenting on this aspect, Sibiha emphasized that, even without a signature on the document, no provision can be adopted without the agreement of European partners.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the idea of Ukraine joining the EU in 2027 is still under discussion.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>&#8220;The date is a complicated matter.
