The Revolutionary Guard of Iran (IRGC) announced on Tuesday, March 31, that it intends to target American companies present in the region starting from Wednesday, April 1, as reprisals for alleged attacks against the country, according to state media.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In an official statement, the IRGC specified that among the 18 targeted companies are Microsoft, Google, Apple, Intel, IBM, Tesla, and Boeing.<\/p>\n\n

“These companies should expect the destruction of their respective units in exchange for each terrorist act in Iran, starting from Wednesday, April 1, at 20:00, Tehran time<\/em>,” the statement reads.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Up until this point, the mentioned companies have not officially commented on the threat, and the American authorities have not issued public reactions.<\/p>\n\n

Tensions between Iran and the United States<\/a> have escalated in recent months, against the backdrop of recent incidents targeting Iranian infrastructure and American interests in the region.<\/p>\n\n

Analysts warn that the escalation of the conflict could have major implications for the security of Western companies in the Middle East and on international markets.<\/p>\n\n

On Tuesday, American President Donald Trump launched a series of harsh criticisms<\/a> against some European allies, accusing them of refusing to support the United States in the conflict with Iran. In messages posted on the Truth Social platform, the White House leader particularly targeted France and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n
