Dmitri Medvedev, Vice President of the Russian Security Council, stated on Thursday, April 30, that the United States can hardly be seen as an effective mediator<\/a> in the world’s major conflicts, considering the military interventions and political decisions they have made in various regions.<\/p>\n\n

Dmitri Medvedev is considered one of the most radical officials in the Moscow power circle and has stood out in recent years with numerous harsh statements towards the West. His messages, often formulated in a direct and provocative language,<\/a> have become a constant in the public discourse promoted by a part of the Russian political elite since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n
