According to the source, the statement could refer to the Netherlands, for which Russia introduced partial restrictions on the import of seeds and planting material in 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A manager of a large Russian wholesale distribution company asserts that, in the past, seedlings, potted plants, and other horticultural materials from the Netherlands were brought into Russia through Armenia, albeit on a small scale.
