Vladimir Zelensky called the attack deliberate and despicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were no containers with hazardous substances in the building at the time of the explosion, reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.ro\/externe\/o-drona-ruseasca-a-lovit-o-cladire-in-care-se-depoziteaza-combustibil-nuclear-uzat-in-apropiere-de-cernobil-1922405307252026061522471663\">news.ro<\/a>. The radiation level in the area is within normal limits, the Ukrainian authorities announced.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fire broke out as a result of the attack, and the flames engulfed approximately 40 square meters and were quickly extinguished. The staff did not suffer any harm.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;At this moment, the radiological safety limits have not been tightened. But it is obvious that Russia&#8217;s arrogance, which was already at its peak, has increased even more. It was a critical infrastructure facility.
