The Ukrainian official warned that young people have become one of the main targets of Russian recruiters.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Today&#8217;s youth are one of the main targets of Russian recruiters,&#8221;<\/em> stated V\u00eehivski, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyivpost.com\/post\/77880\">kyivpost.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does the recruitment scheme work?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the National Police of Ukraine, Russian recruiters identify individuals willing to collaborate through Telegram and other messaging applications, promising them quick earnings in exchange for carrying out tasks.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators claim that the recruited individuals are trained to get in touch with <a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-externe\/europa\/operatiunea-kudu-se-extinde-australia-va-antrena-2533993.html\">Ukrainian military personnel through dating apps<\/a> or social networks and to develop personal relationships with them.
