The station is part of the propaganda network coordinated by Margarita Simonyan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 29, the Paris Police handed lawyer Ksenia Fedorova an expulsion order. The document states that the journalist has behavior that &#8220;<em>affects the fundamental interests of the state,&#8221;<\/em> and her presence in the country <em>&#8220;represents an extremely serious threat to public order.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fedorova is accused of acting as a relay for disinformation campaigns directed by Russian authorities, targeting <em>&#8220;destabilization&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, the woman is accused of manipulating public opinion and undermining the trust of European citizens, especially the French, in state institutions, reports <a href=\"https:\/\/meduza.io\/news\/2026\/07\/29\/frantsiya-vysylaet-byvshego-glavreda-rt-france-kseniyu-fedorovu\">Meduza<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RT France ceased operations in January 2023. The channel stated that it could not continue to operate due to European sanctions against the <em>&#8220;shareholder and parent company&#8221;<\/em>, the Russian media conglomerate RT, closely aligned with the Kremlin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the channel&#8217;s closure, Fedorova remained in France and published her memoirs there, titled &#8220;Expelled. Conditional Freedom of Expression&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.
