A deputy from the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament, has called for a “total war” against Ukraine and the intensification of efforts to subjugate the country, in response to Ukrainian drone attacks deep within the territory of the aggressor state. Russia must go on a war footing and intensify attacks on Ukraine, declared Andrei Kolesnik, a member of the defense committee of the State Duma, reported The Moscow Times<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

According to this, the measure is necessary to “minimize” the risk of drone attacks on Russian territory, which have intensified in the context of the 40-day operation carried out by Ukraine to force Russia to accept peace.<\/p>\n\n
