The Kremlin is also considering the possibility of a new mobilization in September.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Putin announced that Andrei Ivanaev, former commander of the Vostok group, will take over the leadership of the Center group, replacing General Valeri Solodciuk.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;The Central Group is one of our leadership units, carrying out the most important and crucial tasks in liberating the Donetsk People&#8217;s Republic.
