Oleh Ivashchenko asserts that troop morale is very low, while Moscow is preparing a new mobilization.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oleh Iva\u0219cenko, the head of the Main Directorate of Information of the Ministry of Defense, asserts that Russian authorities are preparing to mobilize at least 800,000 soldiers immediately after the elections, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dialog.ua\/war\/glava-gur-rasskazal-skolko-minut-novobranets-armii-rf-zhivet-na.html\">Dialog.UA.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He expressed his doubt about Russia&#8217;s ability to mobilize such a large number of people in such a short time.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;The average life expectancy of a Russian recruit upon arrival on the battlefield is 20-30 minutes&#8221;<\/em>, stated the head of the Ukrainian military intelligence services.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the official, Russian troops are supplemented with 1,000-1,200 people every day, but the losses exceed the number of new recruits.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Yesterday, 1,410; the day before, 1,551, of which 835 were killed in battle.
