But I would analyze the hidden motives behind his decision to organize diesel deliveries to the USA and the international market,&#8221;<\/em> Kellogg declared.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Kellogg, the Kremlin hopes that Washington will use the ongoing diplomatic negotiations regarding the end of the war to exert pressure on Kiev to suspend attacks.
