Protesters gathered on Saturday at thousands of events organized across the United States, denouncing the aggressive efforts of President Donald Trump to expel immigrants<\/a>, the war in Iran<\/a> and his other policies, as part of the third series of “No Kings” demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n

However, the Instagram account used by organizers and participants was unavailable for over an hour. Andy Stone, the spokesperson for Meta, argued in a message shared on the “X” platform that more time was needed to address the issues related to the organizers’ access to accounts.<\/p>\n\n

Stone stated that the network’s security systems detected the use of a Claude tool that read profiles, messages, and hashtags, with the usage rate suddenly increasing in intense bursts on October 17.<\/p>\n\n

“These abrupt, numerous, and sequential requests, made within a short period of time, resembled the traffic generated by automated bots, and not the usual navigation of a human user through our systems.
