One of the techniques is the formation of small, mobile groups for unauthorized demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The intelligence services consider them responsible for the attacks on law enforcement and state symbols, and with reference to robberies, they claim that there was a mix of individuals who responded to calls on social networks or who come from disadvantaged neighborhoods.
