The oil tanker Leruo, owned by a Hong Kong company and sailing under the flag of Sierra Leone, is now heading for Brazil, according to the FT<\/a>. Meanwhile, the Russian tanker Talisman has left the Atlantic Ocean and entered the Mediterranean Sea, where it is currently off the coast of Algeria. The vessel has no new destination and is \u201cawaiting instructions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n
