The data of a new study conducted by the experts of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation show that the war in Ukraine has caused a paradoxical social redistribution: families with low incomes have recorded the highest increases in real income, while Russians with above-average income have been the main losers.<\/strong><\/p>\n
