Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski left 10 Downing Street on Monday afternoon, following bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Keir Starmer, continuing the four-way talks with Emmanuel Macron and Friedrich Merz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A source within the French presidency stated that Monday’s meeting “allowed the continuation of our joint efforts” on the peace plan proposed by the US and on the contributions Europe can make.<\/p>\n
