A graduate of the FSB Academy in Moscow is proposed for the position of administrator of the Municipal Enterprise “Bălți Hotel”. The draft decision is to be examined in the regular session of the Bălți Municipal Council, on June 30, and provides for the appointment.
This is about Denis Roibu, who is expected to take over the five-year mandate, following the competition organized for the vacant position. His contract stipulates a salary of 20,000 lei per month, reports nordnews.md.
In an interview previously given to Pavel Zingan, Denis Roibu states that he graduated with honors from the FSB Academy in Moscow in 2009. He asserts that his class was among the last to include foreign citizens, after which their admission was suspended.
In the same interview, Roibu says that he did not subsequently work within the FSB, but worked for an aviation company in the Russian Federation, being responsible for air transports in Afghanistan and later in Sudan, Uganda, Congo, and Sierra Leone, including in projects that used Mi-8 and Mi-26 helicopters.
Starting from the year 2018, Denis Roibu claims to be active in the field of real estate development, being a partner of the company DASC, involved in the design and construction of buildings in Chisinau. Also, according to his professional profile, he is currently the founder and executive director of Blackfield Corp, vice president for product strategy at DASC Global, and is involved in projects in the field of renewable energy.
On his professional profile, it is indicated that he has an MBA from the University of Birmingham, as well as international certifications in management and navigation. Roibu also mentions that he speaks Romanian, Russian, English, French, and Arabic.
