Chancellor Friedrich Merz warned on Thursday that Germany is facing an increasing number of hybrid attacks from Russia, while also committing to continue supporting Ukraine in view of what is anticipated to be the harshest winter since the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022, reports Reuters.
