The West regards Ukrainian attacks deep into Russian territory as a victory that will lead to the disintegration of Russia, but the Russians will not accept ultimatums as they have not lost their dignity, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday, as reported by EFE and Agerpres agencies.
“They see that they are hitting targets with many of their long-range weapons and have begun to promote this as a change in the dynamics of the conflict, namely that Ukraine could defeat Russia,” noted the Russian foreign minister in an interview given to the Russian news agency TASS.
As such, “slogans provoking a strategic defeat of Russia are heard again, slogans of decolonizing Russia, which openly means the disintegration of our country,” he added.
In an asymmetric warfare tactic, Ukraine has intensified its attacks on refineries, fuel depots, and military bases on Russian territory in recent months, and in recent weeks has added Wildberries depots, the Russian equivalent of Amazon, to its target list.
