Russian philosopher Alexandr Dugin fears a nuclear war. He believes that a confrontation between Russia and the West is inevitable and recommends that the population move to cities.

Putin’s ideologue believes that megacities will become targets in a potential war, and nuclear weapons will not be able to be used for every village.

“And if the entire population is distributed, they certainly won’t bombard every village with nuclear weapons, no. So dismantle this construction mafia! And we need to make a decision about relocating cities. It’s a matter of political will, nothing more,” Dughin asserts.

At the same time, Dughin suggests that robots and computers should “live” in large buildings, writes hotnews.ro. According to him, in order to increase Russia’s demographics, people need to move to villages.

“Sociology and demography clearly show that people who own their own homes and lands, even if they are small or, even better, large, have incomparably more children than those in cities. This is simply an unshakeable law. Therefore, if we continue to build high-rise buildings and consolidate the population in megacities, we will not solve this problem,” believes Alexandr Dughin.

According to him, if the relocation of major cities is indeed implemented, then there will be no longer “neither Moscow, nor Saint Petersburg, nor Ekaterinburg”, and “people will move to the countryside to live peacefully”.
