A new viral recording presents an embarrassing moment for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. This video has once again sparked a wave of jokes and questions about the physical condition of the Russian leader. The footage clearly shows how an attempt to shout a battle cry turned into a failure, in the presence of several officers.
The bizarre video clip was published by Serhiy Sternenko, advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, with the following comment:
“Putin could not shout «hurrah». The madness progresses”, Sternenko wrote in his message.
The incident took place on Friday, May 22, during a public speech.
Putin tries to shout “Hooray!” with all his might, but he can’t. Initially, he manages to utter the exclamation while sitting down, but when he stands up, he completely loses his voice. The officers in the room rush to his aid, covering the Russian dictator’s helplessness with their own voices.
