Mojtaba Khamenei has released a statement condemning the USA and Israel for their repeated attacks on Iran’s civil infrastructure, stating that “the enemy shamelessly declares that it wants to bring Iran back to the Stone Age”.

Mojtaba Khamenei issued a statement condemning the United States and Israel for their ongoing attacks on Iran’s civil infrastructure, stating that the “enemy irresponsibly claims it wants to bring Iran back to the Stone Age” through its offensive, writes Al Jazeera.

The US-Israel attacks on bridges, power plants, schools, and other Iranian targets “are manifestations of a crime against humanity committed by the US government and the criminal Israeli regime”, Mojtaba said in a statement broadcasted by Iranian media.

“It is regrettable that the drum of war, threats, and destruction is being beaten louder and louder every day, while international institutions remain silent and indifferent, and perhaps even complicit in aggression, becoming partners in kindling this fire“, said Mojtaba Khamenei.

A few days ago, Trump indicated that the US is prepared to escalate military operations in the next two to three weeks.

“We will hit them extremely hard in the next two-three weeks. We will take them back to the Stone Age, where they belong”, he declared.
