Russia asks the US for explanations about the transfer of information to Ukraine, which would assist Kiev in attacking targets on its territory. The statement was made by Sergey Lavrov, during an interview.
“We have sent a series of questions to the State Department, asking them to comment on the data transmitted to Ukraine and the involvement of the United States in the preparation and execution of attacks against civilian targets on Russian territory. We await their response,” Lavrov declared in an interview given to Russian state television.
The Minister clarified that this is not an ultimatum addressed to the USA, reports Agerpres. According to him, Vladimir Putin will continue to receive envoys from the White House and will negotiate with them, if Washington shows such a desire.
Lavrov wanted to clarify that, however, Trump’s proposals remain to be seen.
