Among the victims of the explosion that occurred on August 1 at the Balzi Rossi restaurant in the center of Moscow, Daniil Peredrii is also believed to be present, identified by the independent publication The Agency as the son-in-law of the commander of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Ceaiko.

According to the cited source, the information regarding Peredrii’s death is supported by administrative data found in the Russian official registers. A personal document of his would have been declared invalid on the very day of the explosion, and his name also appears in the registers of authorized individuals with a note of his death.

The explosion took place on August 1st at the Balzi Rossi restaurant, located in Kudrinskaya Square in Moscow, reports Pravda.

The venue was closed to the public and was hosting a private event.

Several media sources and Telegram channels in Russia have speculated that the event was organized to mark the 55th anniversary of General Aleksandr Ceaiko.

According to the National Anti-Terrorist Committee of Russia, an unidentified woman allegedly tried to bring an improvised explosive device into a restaurant, hidden in a gift. She was stopped by a security agent, at which point the device exploded.
