Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeev, considered one of the main financiers of Russian propaganda in Europe, has openly criticized the Moscow authorities because of the blocking of Telegram and the intensive promotion of the MAX application. The businessman believes that “something went wrong”.
In an article published in the Tsargrad publication, Malofeev calls for the unblocking of the Telegram application. According to him, after the ban, sabotage and terror did not disappear, and the safety of the population was put at risk, notes hotnews.ro.
“So, where was the great salvation of disabling Telegram? How many drones turned back in fright after discovering that the Russians had problems loading messages? (…) There is no full comment functionality. There are no stable stories for channel creators.”
