Fugitive oligarch Ilan Șor transferred one million dollars to Russian skater Tatiana Navka – the wife of the spokesperson for the President of Russia, Dmitri Peskov. This is confirmed by a document in the possession of IPN.
According to the contract signed in July 2025, the A7 company, associated with Șor, became a sponsor of Tatiana Navka’s project. In return, the company was to receive verbal advertising mentions during all performances of the ice show “Alenkii Țvetocek” held between July and October 2025.
Connections with Peskov’s entourage
The connections between the Șor family and Dmitri Peskov’s entourage are stable and long-standing. According to investigations, the parties maintain close relationships, including joint trips and participation in events. The properties associated with the Șor family are located in an elite area of the Moscow region – Barviha, close to Peskov’s residence, as previously reported by the Moldovan investigative publication RISE.
Context: schemes and activity abroad
Previously, IPN reported that the structures related to Șor were involved in international operations, including the case where a private plane was made available to the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadâr Japarov.
Ilan Șor was sentenced in absentia in the Republic of Moldova to 15 years in prison in the case of bank fraud. In several investigations, he was also mentioned as a participant in sanction evasion schemes, using bills of exchange and cryptocurrencies in favor of the Russian Federation.
