In his battle with the West, Vladimir Putin’s emissary, Kiril Dmitriev, seems to have started communicating with extraterrestrials. Two weeks ago, the Russian official asked the inhabitants of other planets to convince British Prime Minister Keir Starmer to resign.
After the political change was announced in London, Dmitriev sent a new message to the extraterrestrials. The ally of the Russian president wants them to also deal with the resignation of the German chancellor, Friedrich Merz.
“Dear extraterrestrials, thank you for demonstrating your omnipotence and kindness by persuading Starmer to resign within two weeks upon request. Could you please make Merz the next one? His ratings are worse. He is destroying civilization through warmongering, migration, poor energy and economic decisions,” the official wrote.
Kiril Dmitriev is a Russian economist. Vladimir Putin appointed him as an envoy in the economic field, in relations with other countries. Some voices claim that the official is married to a close friend of Vladimir Putin’s daughter, which is why his position at the Kremlin would have been secured.
