Moscow seems to be preparing for an even greater limitation of internet connectivity. The authorities have drawn up a “white list” of platforms that will function when the ban is applied.
Among these are the applications of banks, websites of companies that deliver products, pages of restaurants and cafes. Also, the ban will not target the social networks vKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
Even if there will be restrictions, the population will have access to Putin’s propaganda channels. This includes the websites of the state news agencies Ria and Tass, as well as some television channels.
Also, the ban on limiting access to mobile internet will not be restricted for users of the MAX application. Some voices claim that the platform would be coordinated from behind, by FSB officers.
