Disinfo.md has identified five employees of the so-called “MGB” from the Transnistrian region, a structure under the control of Russia’s FSB, who were deprived of the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova this week by a decree signed by Maia Sandu.
Their identity was established with the help of OSINT tools and the analysis of data from open sources.
Previously, the presidential administration announced the withdrawal of citizenship for five individuals, but the official document only contained their names. The decision was made based on legal provisions that allow for the annulment of citizenship in cases related to threats to state security.
