For the first time since the beginning of the war with Ukraine, the “economic crisis” has entered the top of the questions that Russians would like to ask Vladimir Putin during the “Direct Line” broadcast.
According to a survey conducted by Levada Center, 8% of citizens would like to ask the president about the economic crisis — the question ranking third in the list of concerns. People want to know when the “dark period” in the economy will end, when the price hikes will stop and why the government is raising the VAT.
16% of respondents want to find out when their standard of living will increase, and 21% want to know when the war will end — a question that remains at the top of the ranking for the third consecutive year, according to the same survey.
