The issue of fuel stocks has also spread to the Krasnodar region and other areas in southern Russia, where there is increasing information about emptied storage tanks and possible restrictions on diesel supply.

A Russian citizen talked about this in a post, stating that the company issuing fuel cards has warned its customers about the lack of gasoline and diesel in the region, writes Dialog.

According to him, refueling has already become difficult at some regular gas stations in Krasnodar, including those of Lukoil. He claims that the tanks that were still supplying the area were located in Armavir and Volgograd, but these too are almost empty.

“Good day to everyone! Today we received a call from the organization that provides us with fuel cards, and they informed us that there is a massive shortage of gasoline and diesel in the south of Russia. They told us that in Krasnodar, it is already difficult even for individuals to refuel at Lukoil stations.”

The only reserves that were still supplying us were in Armavir and, closer, in Volgograd, but these too are now empty. We were warned that there will be a very large shortage of fuel. Most likely, distribution will be done on a quota basis.

It seems that the situation in Crimea is reaching us too, as all the other warehouses that supplied us have already been destroyed,” he declared.

It is also speculated that major petrol station chains, such as Rosneft, Gazprom, and Lukoil, have already begun to eliminate discounts and are preparing to give priority to companies that use fuel cards.
