Financial problems continue on the left bank of the Dniester. The alleged ministers from the region have approved a project to establish “financial discipline”.
According to a statement issued by the so-called executive, authorities approved on Wednesday measures “that determine the sustainability of the budget system, the efficiency of public administration, and the pace of digital transformation”, reports realitatea.md.
“One of the resolution projects addresses both financial discipline and the procedure for limiting the adoption of new budgetary commitments. The main objective of the document is the reallocation of resources to priority areas. This includes supporting key areas from a social point of view and ensuring the functioning of institutions”, according to a statement issued by the self-proclaimed authority.
At the same time, the so-called Prime Minister Alexandr Rozenberg asserts that the budget operates under a constant maneuvering regime. According to him, such approaches allow for the operational maintenance of the system.
