The White House vehemently denies on Tuesday, April 7, that the United States wants to use nuclear weapons in the War in Iran, in a message published on X.
“Nothing that the vice president (J. D. Vance) says here ‘suggests’ that, you clowns”, states the message from the American Government, responding to an account associated with the former Democratic presidential candidate, defeated by Donald Trump, @HQNewsNow.
The message from the White House comes following a message from Vice President JD Vance, writes News.
“JD Vance persists and signs after Trump’s new message saying that «an entire civilization will die tonight» and suggests that Trump could use nuclear weapons“, the message reads.
American President Donald Trump issued new threats against Iran on Tuesday, just a few hours before the expiration of a final ultimatum.
He threatened Iran with total annihilation.
“An entire civilization will die tonight,” threatened the head of the American state on his Truth Social platform. “I don’t want this to happen, but it probably will,” he added.
The ultimatum that Trump gave to the Iranian leaders expires on Tuesday at 20:00 local time (Wednesday, 3:00, Romanian time).
If there is no agreement by then, the American president has threatened to destroy numerous civilian infrastructures in Iran – namely bridges and power plants.
Nevertheless, before the ultimatum expired, several infrastructures were hit on Tuesday in Iran – specifically two bridges.
