President Donald Trump said on Thursday that a decision on Iran could be made in the next 10 days. “We may have to step forward, or maybe not,” Trump said at the first meeting of the Peace Council, reports CNN. Thursday morning, at least six American military planes crossed Europe.
“We may have to step forward, or maybe not. Maybe we will come to an agreement. You will probably find out in the next 10 days, but today’s meeting is proof that with determined leadership, nothing is impossible,” Trump declared at the inaugural meeting of his Peace Council in Washington.
The US Army is prepared to attack Iran even on Saturday, February 21, but Trump has not yet made a final decision on authorizing such actions. The President has privately argued both for and against military action and has consulted advisors and allies on the best course of action, a source said.
