American President Donald Trump, who wants to impose the term “Super Intelligence” (SI) instead of “Artificial Intelligence” (AI), stated on Thursday that he will consider anyone who does not follow this path as an “enemy”, without providing details about what this threat would entail, reports AFP, quoted by Agerpres.
“The White House considers an ENEMY anyone who uses the term “artificial intelligence” instead of the newly very well accepted and more precise term of “super intelligence”,” wrote the American president on his social network Truth Social.
Last week, he signed a decree that officially establishes the term “Super Intelligence” (SI) for his administration’s future references to “Artificial Intelligence” (AI), a term which he sees as having a negative connotation.
Previously, Trump referred to this name change in his speech delivered in September before the UN General Assembly, where he estimated that it “sounds much better” to talk about “Super Intelligence” (SI) instead of “Artificial Intelligence” (AI).
