“The Trump administration is considering the closure of nearly 30 embassies and consulates abroad as part of a potential major reorganization of the United States’ diplomatic presence in the world, according to an internal document from the Department of State obtained by CNN.Among the embassies proposed for closure are those in Malta, Luxembourg, Lesotho, the Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, and South Sudan.
