Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared a video in which a drone attacks a street vendor on a street in Kherson, a city located in southern Ukraine.
In the images shared by the leader of Ukraine, a drone can be seen tracking a man around a van used as a street stand, which explodes after he throws himself behind the vehicle for shelter.
The Ukrainian police clarified that the person in question, a man over 50 years old, survived, but suffered from shock and injuries caused by shrapnel.

“Today, many were shocked by yet another video recording of the ‘drone safari’ that the Russians are conducting against civilians in Herson,” wrote President Zelenski in a post on platform X, making a new call for increasing pressure on Russia and firm security guarantees for Ukraine.
“We must act and support life in ways that compel Russia to seriously consider peace, instead of expanding the range of its drones,” emphasized the leader of Ukraine.
Reuters specified that it verified the location by analyzing buildings, the road layout, and vegetation, and these correspond to satellite images and those from the archive. The date of the event could not be independently confirmed, but the Ukrainian police and Foreign Minister Andrii Sibiha stated that the incident took place on Tuesday.
