I realized that if I stayed where I was, it would have collapsed on me and I would have burned alive. I started to run. Didici Tara, the mayor of Dmitrivka, which also includes the village of Mila, was killed in the attack, said the governor of the Kiev region, Timur Tkacenko, stating that the mayor had been among the first at the scene of the attack.
