Wildberries, the largest online retailer in Russia, plans to transfer goods intended for long-term storage to Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, after approximately 20% of its storage capacities were affected by Ukrainian drone attacks.

According to participants in the meetings between the company and traders, representatives of Wildberries announced that goods will be redirected to warehouses in the three countries. The company is expected to subsequently provide details regarding the impact on delivery times and costs.

Another merchant stated that Wildberries already owns or rents logistic spaces in these states and has already begun to transfer goods abroad.

The decision comes after a series of attacks on the company’s logistics centers. Traders argue that moving the products out of Russia could protect them from new strikes, but they fear that relocation will generate additional costs and delivery delays.
